Challenge:

In a highly innovative market a basic understanding of technical fundamentals is an important expertise of a product manager. That’s why many employees with a technical background work in marketing positions. These employees are often missing basic business knowledge. To teach this basic knowledge, was part of a week-long seminar.

Key Questions:

  • What is the relevant knowledge a product manager has to have?
  • How can be taught meaningfully and efficiently this content?
