German Mobile Network Operator (Vodafone – Enterprise)

Challenge:

When merging a mobile and a fixed line provider synergies should be used and special, convergent products launched to market.

Key Questions:

  • How can the processes of both companies become connected with each other to enable them to offer fixed-mobile convergent-products?
  • How can we match the supply and value chains of both companies in order to increase the product quality, reduce efforts and enable convergent products?
  • How can we match the different commission models with each other?

Our Input:

  • We analysed the synergies between both companies supply and value chain
  • We wrote a product concept for a Fixed-Mobile-Convergent product
  • We defined an adapted sales process for convergent products

Results:

Product successfully launched with a take rate over-average
